Print screen not saving screenshots on Windows 11 23H2

Old laptop with Win 10, press print screen and it saves the screenshot in my screenshot folder no problem.

New laptop has Win 11 on it.  I disable the Use Print Screen to open screen capture in the OS keyboard settings, I have the save screen shots directly option toggled on in dropbox/backup settings.   I have turned it off and on, I have killed the dropbox app and restarted it.  Still doesnt work.

Any plans to fix this issue?  Kind of a big deal been using this feature for years and if it no longer works this might force me to use a different solution for my cloud needs.

  • Never mind, it was OneDrive's similar feature that was interfering.  Once I disabled that Dropbox saved screenshots again as normal.
