Receiving message : "Uploads paused" even though my connection is great.

I signed up for 15TB plan. I also have a 3 Gbps up/down internet speed. Internet connection is working perfectly fine however keep getting the "Uploads paused - Make sure your internet connection is stable" message. This is very annoying. 
Please advise
