Unable to share a folder after getting an error

Hello, I tried to share a folder with someone as I always do and I got the above unexpected error. It was a big folder containing many applications (some of them freeware, some others along with their license files), PDF support files for applications, for devices (manuals, software manuals, etc), many drivers of various computers we have in the company, some corporate documents of logging our assets, networks, etc. There were no pictures or videos. Only IT-related files. What was wrong and this happened? The error message was just the above, with no other explanation (like "too many files", or anything else). Please help.. I lost the ability to share any file.

Hi there, savaspar, thanks for joining our Community.

It sounds like you're having this issue. In the hyperlinked article you should be able to see more info on this error and the reasons why it appeared.

Is it the first time you're coming across this issue? If so, you should be able to resume sharing 24 hours after the error appeared.

Let me know if you have any questions!
