Hi Keolatina09, thanks for messaging the Community.

Could you clarify what you're experiencing in more detail, as I'm not sure what the issue is in this case?

Are photos being uploaded from the camera incorrectly somehow? Are you not able to locate them on the site?

This will help me to assist further!

Thanks for the info, have you been using the automatic camera uploads feature on the Dropbox desktop application, or have you been transferring the images manually to your computer?

I’ve been transferring manually from usb and it just uploads a lot of the pics but not all. My camera is a Nikon D3400

If you're transferring manually, could you try moving the files from the camera into another folder entirely, and once they're all copied over, move those images into the Dropbox folder?

Oh no, that sounds frustrating! It happens sometimes when file names or metadata get mixed up. I’d suggest double-checking the upload folder on your laptop to make sure all the soccer game photos are there. If they are, you can manually re-upload them to Dropbox. If you’re unsure which ones are missing, sorting by date or using a photo management app might help. In the future, renaming the files before uploading can make things easier. Hope you recover all those precious soccer memories
