5TB space but when I try to upload it tells me there is not enough space.

Hello, I have a 5 TR account. Right now it appears that I have 400 GB in use. Now when I try to upload large files for backup, it tells me that there is not enough space. What to do?

Where is it saying you dont have space?

Is it the computer itself rather than Dropbox?

That means your harddrive is out of space so you need to make space to upload more via Dropbox on your computer.

You could use Selective Sync or Smart Sync to try and reduce your current Dropbox directory to see if that helps.
