Dropbox is full and has stopped syncing
I have only some folders and files that are all 14MB but I'm getting this error message: Review asap: your Dropbox is full and has stopped syncing. Upgrade for up to 3 TB (3000 GB) of space.
How could this be please?
I need help. Thank you.

Hello Jay,
Thank yo u very much for your prompt response. I use the web version and not the desktop app. I checked and saw this. Please should I delete the PC? I don't see anywhere to disable the backup.
Thank you.
