Dropbox is saying I have 200 GB of data. I have deleted everything & checked backups across devices
PLEASE HELP
Okay looks like ive been able to resolve the issue, For some reason a shared folder that I had offline was taking up space even though it wasn't on my computer. It was nt letting me delete it but I just then was somehow able to force delete it.
Thanks

Hey HamishL - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you please clarify what's reported in your plan tab in regards to your account's quota? Thanks!

A screenshot of your quota breakdown would be very helpful too HamishL
Apart from that, have you tried signing out from your account through the app's preferences and then back in?

HamishL, we can’t see your screenshots, I’m afraid. Are you uploading them here by clicking on the following button above your message box?

This "insert image" option is only giving text boxes. Source. Image Description. Dimensions.
TBH I am really disappointed with Dropbox's help capabilities. Firstly I don't understand how you can't just looking into my account.
Secondly, this all feels like a ploy to make this so difficult I will just pay for storage.
The fact that I can't get "live chat" help unless I pay is also attesting to this.

Hi HamishL, could you try copying and pasting your image into your next reply to see if this helps?
