File size display completely wrong on Dropbox.com
Long-time user here with Dropbox Advanced account.
Dropbox has an article on how to view file sizes online:
https://help.dropbox.com/storage-space/file-size
Here is the problem:
• I have folders filled with files that appear as "--" on the list (no size) — this is wrong
• I have one folder with more than 2 GB inside of it that appears as ">527.41 KB" on the list — obviously false and misleading
• There are other folders with similarly misleading sizes
Given that I have hundreds of folders, you can see how this file size functionality is completely useless, because the user either can't trust it, or can't see the size of the folder.
Can you kindly fix this bug?

Hey Marcelo L., thanks for posting here today!
Does this happen when you use a specific browser, or do you notice the same results when using an entirely different one? If I were you, I'd give it a go.
If you test it with a smaller folder (so that it's easier to calculate the content there), and then try to individually calculate the files in it, does it give you the correct results?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

I obtained the poor results initially with Safari on Mac, and I just tested with Edge on PC and I get exactly the same folder sizes, so it's a bug on your end, and not a browser issue.
"If you test it with a smaller folder" — I understand what you mean here but I don't understand the point of this exercise.
I'm telling you that there are (a) large folders that appear with zero size and (b) large folders that appear with very small size.
This is clearly a bug.
I can work with you and tell you EXACTLY which folders if you want.

Customer Support is extremely slow in responding. This morning they pinged me asking for a screenshot which I promptly sent, and it's been radio silence the entire day.
I noticed that you implemented this very basic feature recently but frankly it needs improvement.
Even when I do "calculate size" manually for the folder, well, it solves the problem for that folder.
But if I click around and then come back, the calculation is gone!
When I scroll down among my hundreds of folders, MOST of them have no size next to them.
This makes it IMPOSSIBLE to SORT the biggest offenders (largest folders).
How else are we supposed to figure out what's taking space?
I have 22 TB of data which is the absolute max you support so I need to find stuff to delete but you're making that job impossible.
