How can I move my files from Dropbox to iCloud?

Hi...I am a complete novice.  My dropbox is full but I am paying for iCloud and Dropbox.

I have enough space on iCloud.

How do I move every with losing anything?  I see that this question was raised in 2018, but tech changes quickly.

    It is the same answer I'm afraid. 

     

    You need to download everything locally to your device and then reupload to iCloud.
