How do I get the extra 500 MB for a referral?
I went to my son in law's house and he helped me set up this new computer and told me that if I used his link to download the app I would get an extra 500MB of space, but it isn't showing up. He said it would probably just take a while but nothing happened. I don't really want to bother him more if I don't need to. Is there something that I need to do?
Thanks.

Hi freddie3, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
When you used the link to download the Dropbox desktop application, were you downloading it from their home, from the same network he uses for his own Dropbox account?
This will help me to assist further!
