How to remove files to get more storage
Hey, my team and I at our production studio are having issues clearing out old data so that we can upload new data to deliver to clients. We tried deleting files and then permanently deleting them, but our storage has not changed. How can that be if we permanently deleted the files. Thank you.

Files that are deleted don't take up space so there's no need to permanently delete files (unless you simply want to). Just deleting a file will free up the space it used, but it may take a little while before your usage is updated.
Wait a bit and then check your usage on your Account page. If you're a member of any shared folders, make sure they're not taking up any newly freed space.
