Solved

I get an error about not having enough hard drive space, but that's not true.

I receive the message not enough hard drive to sync files, while there is plenty of space on my harddrive. I tried to unlink/link the account, restart , delete the Dropbox app and reinstall, nothing seems to work. Thank you for your support.

  • Hi Nancy, thank you very much for replying back. I kind of figured out what the problem was, Dropbox is not considering the purgeable space on the mac as empty available space. Space became available after the TM backup was completed so all of sudden lots of space is now freed up. Thank you for your support!

Welcome to our forum, Radu! Hope all is well.

Can you send me a full screenshot of the error message you're getting, as well as what you see as your available hard drive space?

Give me a nudge when you’re ready.
