I haven't received the referral space for an account that I invited to Dropbox.
Dear Team Dropbox
I have refer Dropbox to my friends on 16th Feb 2025, mostly all are accepted and make a new account on Dropbox and install app. I got bonus space as well but 2 accounts are followed all steps but my referral page showing that "invitation sent". what is the process to get that bonus space? please help

For the ones where it just says 'invitation sent' that means they've not yet accepted the invite, clicked on it or set up an account. They need to click on the link, set up an account and install on to a unique computer.
Note, if they have joined but not with your link unfortunately its not eligible.

And has he installed Dropbox on a unique computer, one that has never had Dropbox installed previously? Mobile devices (phones, tablets, etc.) do not count for referrals.
