I received an email about my storage being almost full even though I'm not near my account's limit

I recieved an email from no-reply@em-s.dropbox.com saying that I have used 84.57% of available space and my storage is almost full, even though I'm only using 19.6 GB of my 2 TB. Is this a spam?

Hi there zsu - thanks for bringing this to our attention.

This seems to be a legit email since it's coming from an official Dropbox domain, but can you check if  you got this email to the email address that's connected to your upgraded account?

Any additional information or screenshots are more than welcome!

Same here: I'm using +/- 380GB of 2TB and get daily emails stating my account is out of storage and that I need to upgrade to the 3TB plan.   This is terribly annoying!  (And yes, this is the email address for my 2TB storage account):

Log a ticket with support at http://www.dropbox.com/support and ask them to look into it.

It is very common, however, to have 2 accounts by mistake especially if you are a Gmail user.
