I referred a friend to Dropbox, but their referral has been marked as ineligible.

I referred to my friend but it shows referral ineligible. Could Support team add back my referral free storage bonus to my account?

It seems my friend didn't know that he has to sign-up through my invite link and he just signed up by himself right after he got the email about the referral. He removed his account now but wish we can get the ineligible status wiped away and claim the free storage bonus to our accounts.

Thanks in advance team!

Dropbox has always marked referrals as illegible if they are using a device that has already had Dropbox on it, or it is using the same network as the referring account - so often workplace ones trigger that.
