I sent referrals to my colleagues, but they're ineligible for all of them.

Dear Dropbox Support Center!

I have been using dropbox for a long time, it is very convenient to use when traveling.

Recently, I introduced the application to my colleagues at the company, but when they installed it on their computers, they all reported that my referral was invalid and no one got an increase in free storage. There is a mistake here, I hope the support team can check it for me

    Dear Nancy,
    I have read the articles, but it does not help me, the people i shared this with are all my colleagues and they actually use it. But it is reported as invalid, my colleagues think i said something wrong about dropbox's free storage feature..

    In this case, I can go ahead and log a ticket for you to the email address that’s linked to your Community profile here. 

    Let me know if that’s OK and we’ll check this internally.

    Please check for me, the email I use is: [removed per Community Guidelines], I am not understanding the problem here, and cannot explain it to my colleagues. Please support me!
