iOS App says Dropbox is full, desktop doesn’t agree. Reinstalling doesn’t help.

The Dropbox app on my iPhone all of a sudden claims that it is full. There is a film taking up most of the space. I know I had this film on a memory stick that I used on my MacBook. Maybe that’s where it came from. Tried to delete it, but the app on my phone doesn’t give me any options for the film. Figured I would try deleting it on my computer, but it wasn’t there. No film and no warning that my Dropbox was full. I have tried reinstalling the app, but that didn’t help.

Hi Si357, thanks for posting today!

Just for clarification, does the file appear in the Dropbox mobile app? What about on the Dropbox site directly?

This will help me to assist further!

How much quota is being taken up according to the mobile app? What about on the Dropbox site?
