Solved

My Dropbox account appears out of space, even though I've deleted everything.

I disconnected any syncs and deleted ALL files and folders. But two days later, I received a message that I'm out of storage space and have to upgrade. How do I "reset" the account so I have access on basic level?

Have you checked your Backups page?
