My Dropbox storage changed from 25GB to 2GB.

I have a dropbox account (since more than 10 years) and my available limit has recently been changed from 25 GB free storage (from various promotions offering a permanent increase in free capacity) to 2 GB free storage. Why?

Hey windberger86! Thanks for your post.

Are you seeing this under your Plan tab

If yes, can you send me a screenshot, too?

    Keep me in the loop.

Thank you, that helped. I have exceed the 25 GB, but the e-mail form dropbox said I have exceed my 2 GB. I have deleted some files and the 25 GB are still availble :-)

    Glad to hear that, windberger86

If you want, feel free to send me a screenshot of the email you received (after making sure your email address isn’t visible on the forum).

Hope you don’t mind me nudging you, windberger86! I was wondering if you’re still receiving those emails saying that you only have 2GB of space on your Dropbox account.

If you are, don’t hesitate to send me an example screenshot to have a visual.
