My quota is being occupied by shared folders

Hi everyone, I'm having problems with my dropbox account, the alert tells me that I have exceeded the space limit (12TB) and therefore I have deleted some large files, even though I have deleted them I continue to have the same problem, from what I see most of the space is occupied by shared files but I don't have so many shared files, can anyone help me?

Hi Lorenzzz, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

It would be best to check to see how large folders are on your Dropbox account using this feature.

This would help you to determine which ones are taking up quota on your account.

If you need any further assistance, please let me know!

Bare in mind that if you are over quota syncing stops. So, while you may only see 4gb (as an example) on your device the share itself could have 10gb in it now based upon others adding to it.
