My referral has been marked ineligible, even though my coworker's computer is brand new.

I referred a coworker whose computer was total new and never had Dropbox before but my referral was tagged as ineligible. I am unable to contact support because I am using the free version. Any idea how I can get this resolved. Thank you very much.

Hey alvinbryanchen! Thanks for your post.

Since you mention they’re a coworker, is it possible you were both sharing the same IP address when they installed and signed in to the desktop app on their computer?

I’m also guessing they’ve already followed all of these steps, correct?

    Keep me posted.

Hi Nancy, yes, we have the same IP since we're connected to the same internet.

We also followed all the steps in the link.

Nancy hi, Nancy, I invited new people to join Dropbox and the same thing happened again. It says ineligible. What should I do to avoid being ineligible?
