Referral bonus space not applied after friends signed up my invite link.
Hello,
I have shared my Dropbox referral link with several friends, and they have successfully created accounts using that link. They have also installed the Dropbox desktop application, logged into their accounts, and even shared some folders with me through it. However, the additional storage space that should be awarded for these referrals has not been credited to my account yet. Could someone please help me understand why the referral bonus is not showing up and how I can resolve this issue?

Hi,
the status for these referral are "Ineligible".
they did the processes in the same network (in university) but on their own laptops.

And those laptops have never had Dropbox installed on them before? Two of the main reasons for a referral to be listed as ineligible is if the computer has had Dropbox installed before (by anyone, ever), or using the same network.

Hi,
I have the same problem here. 2 referrals saying 'Not eligible', what are the reasons for this, and one says 'waiting for installation', but it has been installed en is used.
