Storage space critical: please review your options.

Got an email with the subject "Storage space critical: Kitty, please review your options"

 

So I thought okay, I better check this out and consider my options, but I think I've got enough space to cover me: 

 

 

(And yes, same account... Even though I only have one, I double-checked that the e-mail address matches, just in case)
