Hey jediBui - thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to the Community.

It sounds like you might have logged into or created another account, instead of changing the log in process on your account.

Is it possible that you used a slightly different email address or that you have more than one Dropbox accounts perhaps?

Let us know more and we'll take it from there.

Hi jediBui, have you tried signing out of your current account, and then singing in the one you used before, and that has your referrals linked?

Hey jediBui, do you mean that you logged in with the correct email/password and are still seeing the second account, which is under a different address?

    Hi from me too, jediBui

Can you please check your Gmail address and let me know if you see any emails there from Dropbox that are a bit older?

If not, is it possible that the email address you previously set up your Dropbox account with had any typos?
