The referral I sent to a new friend has been marked as ineligible.

Hello Dropbox Community, I have referred a brand new friend and also managed the installation and set up of the dropbox include introduction and funtional usage such as scan function.  but unfortunately the referral bonus is not credited but rather marked as "ineligible".

Please kindly assist me in securing this referral as every KB matters.

    Welcome back to the forum, Linuschibros!

    Just to make sure all the required steps have been properly followed, has your friend set up a brand new Dropbox account and installed the desktop app on a device that wasn’t signed in to Dropbox previously (even with a different Dropbox account)?

    Finally, have they verified their Dropbox email address? 

    Let me know and we’ll go from there.
