The service is Cloud Storage
created a free account with Dropbox to sync security cameras to the DVRBut for 11 days, he has not kept any copy of the surveillance camera recording and did not upload any video or any file or image even though I linked the DVR device to my account here
Please help what is the reason

Can you let us know where Dropbox comes in play exactly in your case?
If the service you're using is created and maintained by a 3rd party, you should be reaching out to them for further assistance.
