Why is my account full, even though I deleted my Backup?
Team, help! I've read similiar issues and not been able to fix my issue. I did delete a backup and now Dropbox shows 135MB used but still won't clear the 2GB full message (2.25GB of 2.25GB upgrade). I've read other similiar messages and deleting the backup fixed their issues (as I said--I've done) but I don't know what to do next.
Attached are screen captures

Backup files are edited and deleted at http://www.dropbox.com/backups - have you cleared them from there?

You have lots of files on your account based upon the second image, including some shared (GODs Signpost and Keith Manley). They are probably using it.
What does http://www.dropbox.com/account/plan show?
In terms of the difference online to computer thats expected if syncing stops due to quota - it doesnt put new files on to your local machine, so, it would be different. Same if you use Selective Sync or online only at all.

After looking at the account/plan link it still shows the backup (2.1G). I went to both machines and I don't have a backup tab, just activity & sharing. Do I just need to delete my account and start over? I can't find a way to figure out where Dropbox thinks there is a backup.

Yes, I don't see any backups.

The link to edit and delete backup files worked: http://www.dropbox.com/backups/all
