Automagically logs in to wrong account in Mac app
I have two accounts - one for business and one personal. They each have different logins.
I've been using the desktop app (Mac) with my business account, but I'd like to use it with my personal account.
I cannot find a way to login to my personal account with the app. Whenever I start the dropbox app, it automgically logs me into the business account. I've deleted the dropbox app and reinstalled, but it always defaults to the business account.
How can I set up the dropbox app so that it defaults to my personal acc

Hi Chris C, thanks for messaging the Community!
Have you linked the two accounts on the site first?
This will help me to assist further!

Hi Chris C,
Uninstall you have done is not enough. You need to unlink your application from your account. Obvious way is to do it using your application Preferences. Did you try do that? 🧐 If not, try it. If some error brings up, describe what it is. Alternative way to do the same is to unlink your device from your application here. Log in to the account you want to unlink your device from in advance (not the want you want to link it to)! After that find out your device in the devices list and select associated trash bin icon on right. After that you should be able link your application to any account you want to.
One more alternative way is to make sure your application is down (select "Quit" from Dropbox icon) and execute following command in your terminal:
rm -rf ~/.dropbox
In all cases, make sure you have turn off in advance all backup and other feature that may let files inaccessible - just to avoid some issue. The last is valid in all cases/ways of account change.
Good luck.
