"Device enrollment" notification each time I use my Mac.

Hi Everyine! I’m having a strange problem I just can’t get a handle on. I purchased a used MacBook recently and while using the computer I get a notification window every 5 minutes or so announcing Device Enrollment - Dropbox, inc can automatically configure your Mac.
There is no Dropbox installed on the computer so I can’t click on an app or the icon in the menu bar, etc.

How do I make this pesky thing go away? Any ideas?

Hi GPzmike, welcome to our Community!

That sounds odd, especially if our app isn't installed to the device.

Would you mind sending over a screenshot, in order for me to have a visual of this?

    Keep me posted!

Hi Megan, thank you for the response…yeah it’s a real head scratcher. Only thing I can think is that Dropbox was installed at one time but was ‘ripped out ‘ improperly and there’s a straggler in the system somewhere…here’s the screenshot you asked for:
(Well, shucks, I can’t seem to paste a screenshot into this entry window…how can I get a screenshot to you?)

Hey GPzmike, you should see a camera-like icon when replying back to me, that'd allow you to attach your screenshot here.

Can you give it a go?

I don’t have any icons at all to choose from when I click Reply, Megan. There’s only a box I type into and cancel and reply buttons. Arg! Any other ideas? This device enrollment thing is seriously killing the new toy vibe!
