Dropbox app does not install in my computer
I encountered an issue with the Dropbox app installed on my computer (Windows 10 Home). The app was functioning normally, but suddenly, an error message appeared on the screen, indicating that Dropbox could not start. I uninstalled the app from my computer, and when I attempted to reinstall it, the same error message appeared during the installation process. The app provided me with a link, but I don't know what it means:
file:///C:/Users/****/AppData/Local/Temp/dropbox_error2rgs5bte.txt

Hi fmnatali, let's see what we can find together!
Is there any chance that you can click on that .txt file and get more info?
Do you see the error in a blue hyperlink form, by any chance? If not, feel free to send me a screenshot, in order for me to have a visual too.
Keep me posted!

Hi fmnatali, thanks for the error message!
Can you try following these steps, in order to perform an advanced reinstall, and updating me with the results?
