Dropbox desktop app unexpectedly quits on Windows 10

Hello Dropbox community,

I click the restart button on the message to restart Dropbox but it does not start.

I've been looking at the community and doing everything I can, but it keeps stopping working.

Dropbox version is 213.4.4597

    Hi woong, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

     

    Do you get any other messages, such as a blue text link to an error log?

     

    Could you try reinstalling the app, without uninstalling it first, by clicking this link?

     

    Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

    The same symptoms are still repeating.

    Does the number of files affect this issue?

    Other team members are using  Dropbox without any problems.

    The performance of the Dropbox desktop application could be affected if there are more than 300,000 files syncing down to your machine. Do you have that many files on your account?

     

    Could you try an advanced reinstall of the app using the steps in this link?

    There are about 600,000 files.

    I've already tried advanced reinstall.
