Dropbox Sync status on folders missing / Context menu missing

I can't see the blues rotating or green hack icon on folders by syncing...why?

When I click with the right click, no showing Dropbox option.. why?

System: Sequoia 15.4.1 

I've done everything possible on forums, download newest version, re-install, all the trick on Desktop/Stages, Even Installed Google drive(saw it somewhere

Now... I need "HELP ASAP"... can anyone please tell me?... 

As this is an importan part of my workflow!
