Facing a white screen error when using the Dropbox app.
I’m experiencing a white screen error when I try to open the Dropbox app. It doesn’t load anything, just stays blank. I’ve tried restarting my device and reinstalling the app, but nothing seems to fix it. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, how did you resolve it?
Any suggestions or solutions from the community would be greatly appreciated!

Can you let me know when this behavior started? Also, what is the OS you're using on your end?
Have you checked for any antivirus, security program, proxy or VPN to make sure they're not blocking the Dropbox desktop app from working correctly? Can you make sure the domains listed here are allowed or whitelisted?
If I were you, I'd try the offline installer that can be found on this page.

The white screen issue started because I was using a proxy, which was blocking the Dropbox app. After disabling the proxy, the problem seems to be fixed. I'm using [iOS 14], and I'll ensure the necessary domains are whitelisted. Thanks for the help.
