File preview and right-click menu options gone on macOS Sonoma

The operations manager disabled linking personal and business drop boxes on the same computer and now I’ve lost offline file previews and right click menus.

Can some help me get them back? Every file preview just shows “zero bytes” and no preview.

(Mac OS Sonoma)

Thanks for letting us know, Hyalography.

Can you describe how your operations manager disabled that option?

Also, which version of the Dropbox app are you using and what's the sync status?

You can see this info by hovering over your Dropbox icon.

Let me know and we'll go from there.
