I can't sync a team account on my computer while having an Essentials personal account
I can't sync a team account on my computer that has an Essentials (professional) account.
The process fails when I try to log in to the computer account. I enter the data, a statement tells me that it linked perfectly but in my file explorer (Finder) I do not see the dropbox folder of the team account

Just for clarification, did you get this message in the Dropbox desktop application, or on the site itself when linking the two accounts?
This will help me to assist further!

The message appears on the Dropbox site, and in the application it stays for hours on a screen that says "logging in" but the process never ends

Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?
Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.

Hey @arasena
Ive had the same issue.
Ive resolved it by uninstalling dropbox and basically removing any old folders created by dropbox.
Give that ago and see if it works.
