I click on the Dropbox app icon, it responds for three seconds, but then the app fails to launch.

Question or Issue
When I click on the Dropbox app icon, it responds for about three seconds, but then nothing happens, and the app fails to launch.
Additionally, when attempting to install Dropbox using the online installer, I encounter an Installation Failed Error with the code 1073741795.
I have already tried reinstalling the system and using an older version of Dropbox, but the issue persists.
