I keep seeing a "Something went wrong" error on the Dropbox website and I can't see my files.
Hi! Keep getting an error message and can not any files to load. I do not see any errors on the System Status site and I'm unsure what to do. Below is the error message:
"Something went wrong. Don`t worry, your files are still safe and the Dropbox team has been notified. Check out our Status Page to see if there is a known incident, our Help center and forums for help, or head back to home."
Sometimes, the error is simply "Something went wrong" with the same dartboard icon.
Can someone help?
I already tried clearing the cache and using a new browser. In fact, I keep getting an "invalid email" error when I try logging in on a new browser. I can't get the support page to load either to be able to chat support!
There does currently seem to be a service issue impacting things based upon these posts. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.
As yet nothing is showing on the Status Page, but, please do keep an eye on this thread here and follow that for updates.

seems to be an outage for a large number of people, I can't dowload or access anything from my iMac or MacBook
