I seem to have duplicate Dropbox folders in Explorer

I have duplicate dropbox folders with only one installation showing in control panel. Both pointing to my USERS folder but one above THIS PC and one beneath the USERS folder. What can I do to get rid of the duplicate?

AND THIS ONE BENEATH THE USERS FOLDER (sorry for the ALL CAPS)

    They're not duplicate folders. One is just a link or shortcut in the Quick Access area which points to the actual folder. There's no option to remove it.
