I updated my Windows OS and now I can't sign into the app.
Hi,
I been using using dropbox from more than 12 years. Recently I just upgraded my OS to windows 11.
I'm facing issue while signing in from desktop app. When I click Open Sign In, it redirects to chrome browser to open a site, but that site keep on loading and than stopped. Message appear This site can't be reached. The connection was reset.
Is their anybody who knows how to solve this issue, plz advise.

It seems you posted under our "Tips & Tricks" section, and we missed your post. 😪 I've moved it under the help section of our Community, and was wondering if you're still facing the same issue, or if you managed to resolve it.
Provided that you're still going through this, can you let me know if you've tried any troubleshooting steps on your end?
I'd ideally suggest that you restart both your device, and your router to check if the problem persists.
