Is anyone else getting the "Something Went Wrong" error again? Or just getting logged out?
Went back to finish what I started earlier, got the same message then automatically signed out. Not seeing anything on the status page.

Hey user365465! Thanks for your post.
If you’re referring to this incident, it should be resolved by now.
Are you currently receiving the same error on your Dropbox web account?
What if you access it via a different browser instead?
Let me know how it goes.

Yes, that's what I meant about receiving the error message...again.
After the incident was supposed to be resolved, I tried to resume work. I was trying to create a link to share (view only), got error messages, then "something went wrong" popped back up. Then I was logged out.
Honestly didn't have time earlier to check other browsers, thought it was the same issue as before as DB seemed to be behaving the same way.
Currently, still not able to login on Firefox , but can login on Chrome and it doesn't implode when I try to create a view only link.
Would like to be able to use DB on Firefox though, as that's part of my normal workflow.

I see, thanks for clarifying. Can you clear the cache and cookies on your Firefox browser and try to sign in again? If this doesn’t help, I’d like a screenshot of what you see exactly on your end, so that I can investigate this further.

Hello, everything seems back to normal and was able to resume work normally last night. Thank you for your help.

FYI - Firefox is still not working for me. Cleared cookies/cache. Input password and it just spins and spins but never logs in.

Sorry to hear that, MaPetite. Are you facing a similar issue on a different browser, as well? This will help me understand whether this is browser-related or not, and go from there.

It works in Chrome. Does not let me log-in via Firefox. On latest version of Firefox on a Mac.

Yes. Latest iPad update loses my login details every time I swipe the app away. Touch ID doesn't work either.

Do you see the same thing, if you try the incognito window on your Firefox browser, MaPetite?
I’d also suggest disabling any add-ons/extensions you may have enabled on Firefox; some of them can interfere with expected browser behavior. Please disable them and refresh the page.
