Hello All.
Im am trying to sync my companyes dropbox business to a synology nas, were we are using cloud sync.
But i can´t get it all down on the NAS. It takes around 500-600 MB down, and says all is synct, but we have 1.5-1.8 TB stored at ouar dropbox.
i am a administrator in dropbox and have assccess to all the files.
There is plenty of space on the NAS.

Hi ITMichael, welcome to our Community!
1.5-1.8TB is a lot of content indeed. How long has this been happening for?
Keep in mind that Dropbox doesn't set caps on the sync, but syncing is a complex process, it's not just a transfer of the files.
During syncing, files are divided into components, compressed, transferred, encrypted and then stored in our servers, so that's why syncing might appear to be a bit slower, compared to your internet speed.
Speaking of which, can you clarify your provider's speed?
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
