The Dropbox doesn't appear when I try to install it on X95 Android 13.

Dropbox app on X95 Android 'phone'

I have just acquired a X95 phone/tablet running Android 13. I am TRYING to set it up to access Dropbox, along with other stuff, but Play Store does not list Dropbox as an app available to download 😭  I'm sure it SHOULD be in Play Store but it doesn't show up on this device ...

ANY idea of how I might go about getting it to intall on this device?

Hi flashfletch, welcome to our Community!

That sounds odd indeed. Have you tried this link, by any chance?

    Thanks, Megan.
Sadly, I am told that this version is not compatible with my device ;-(

flashfletch, out of curiosity, is the mobile phone in question a work device? I’m wondering if there could be some sort of restriction set that doesn’t allow you to install the Dropbox app there.

No, Nancy. It's a case of a 'cheap' Chinese product that ends up not being cheap 'coz it does not measure up to expectations â˜č

I will have to look at other ways to get access to data over different platforms ...

    Thanks anyway!
