The folder “Downloads” can’t be opened because you don’t have permission to see its contents.
Hi Dropbox team,
Dropbox: V182.3.6318
I'm getting this error and im unable to get to downloads. Please can you help?

Hey jakehardy, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Is it possible that you've enabled the Dropbox backup feature for your downloads folder?
If you open your Dropbox folder in finder, do you have a folder named 'Mac' that would include the downloads folder and are you able to access it from there?
Let me know what you find.

Hello Hannah, I'm having the same problem as the original post, and I do have a folder named Mac with a download folder in it but I am not able to open it their either. Is there anything i can do? thank you.

Hmm, can you make sure that Dropbox has full disk access on the computer and let me know if that helps?
