Cannot Connect Dropbox to Salesforce
Receiving this error when I try to connect to Dropbox:
Script-thrown exception
Error is in expression '{!runOAuth}' in component <apex:page> in page dropbox_for_sf:connect: (Dropbox_for_SF)
An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (Dropbox_for_SF)
I then receive this error when I try to reset authentication:
Update failed. First exception on row 0 with id 0051R00000GxQdlQAF; first error: FIELD_INTEGRITY_EXCEPTION, There's a problem with this state, even though it may appear correct. Please select a state from the list of valid states.: [State]
Error is in expression '{!resetAuth}' in page dropbox_for_sf:options: (Dropbox_for_SF)

this was all working hours ago and for whatever reason it dropped the connection and now I cannot access anything. Anyone dealing with this as well?

Hi Walter, I have and have not heard back from them yet regarding this issue. This is disrupting our companies work and I am trying to get this resolved as soon as possible.

I see, thanks for clarifying that for me. In that case, could you share your ticket ID so that we can look it up in our system as well justinSCW?

Walter Thank you for passing this along. Just for an update if anyone else is having this same issue. Initial support informed me that this issue is going to take some time to resolve and that it will be addresses in the next version of Dropbox for Salesforce. This is really unfortunate to hear as this is affecting our workflow greatly
