Does it cost to link Dropbox to Acrobat to edit PDF files?

I recently learned you can integrate your DROPBOX ACCOUNT with ACROBAT to gain Editing capabilities for PDF Files.  Is there an additional Cost to implement the foregoing integration and thereafter maintain use in absence of being required to pay the Monthly Fee charged by ADOBE?
