Dropbox Sign issue: Signers linked to a Yahoo email not receiving signature?
Hi everyone, for the past 2 weeks dropbox is not sending emails to clients when requesting signature, this only happens with yahoo, ymail and rocketmail. I tried multiple email addresses different people, also being connected to different networks when sending signature request but nothing is received, any ideas suggestions?

Hey there, frost_walrus thanks for posting here!
From what I gather from your description, the recipients are not receiving the emails for signature requests that you have sent.
This is often due to a user's email security software filtering the emails, or being sent to their spam folder.
So as a very first step, I'd recommend that any users that are not receiving the emails do both of the following 2 specific things:
-Please ask the user to check their email software's "SPAM" folder, to see if the emails are arriving there.
-They can also try to add noreply@mail.hellosign.com to their email software's contact list.Can you give it a go, and let me know of any updates?
