Error when trying to back up Handy Diary to Dropbox

Hi can anyone help. I have been using diary app on android mobile for 5yrs...App is called handy diary. .I backup all entry's to dropbox, but for the last few months i get a msg saying the link between the app and dropbox has been removed! please try again.. I have no idea whats going on why I'm getting this msg and cannot backup my diary entries as I have been doing for years !! please someone help..its important I backup entries for medical and other reasons

    If you're not able to relink the app you'll need to contact the developer and ask them for support. They're likely using the Dropbox API, but only they can provide support for the app. They may have an update that fixes the issue. Dropbox can't provide support for third-party apps.
