I don't see my Dropbox folders on Canva.

Hi,

I am trying to upload photos from Dropbox through Canva but it is not showing me all my folders I have within Dropbox. Can you please help?

Hey @EJ8, thanks for posting on our Community today.

If you open your Dropbox account, can you see all of your folders normally? Are you only unable to see them on your Canva account?

Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting Dropbox with Canva?

Let me know how it goes.

Hi Nancy - thanks for getting back to me. When I log into Dropbox I can see all folders as normal. Its only when I connect to dropbox in Canva that I can only see 1 folder. I have tried disconnecting dropbox from canva and re-adding but it made no difference. Is it something to do with the # of files or file format?

Hey @EJ81! Is it possible you’re connecting Canva with the wrong Dropbox account? I’m asking because it looks like you’ve posted from two different Community profiles here, so I want to make sure that’s not the case.
