Is this a fake email about the Dropbox Passwords feature ending?

is this a scam.

Thank you for being a valued Dropbox Passwords user, [my name]You're receiving this email because you have information—passwords, notes, or other data—stored within the Dropbox Passwords application.
After careful consideration, Dropbox Passwords will be going away on October 28, 2025. This includes the Passwords browser extension, dark web monitoring, and the mobile app.
Action advised: We recommend transferring all info stored in Dropbox Passwords to a different password manager before October 28. To make this easy, we're offering you 50% off a one-year subscription to 1Password. Instructions and resources below.
Note that access to Dropbox will not be affected by this change, and your files will remain safe and secure.
This change will happen in 3 phases
August 28: Passwords will become view-only (both the mobile app and browser extension). Saved usernames, passwords, and payment information will still be accessible, but you won't be able to add any new information. The autofill functionality will also be disabled.
September 11: The Passwords mobile app will stop working. You'll still be able to access Passwords information through the browser extension.
October 28: Passwords will be shut down. You'll no longer be able to access or add usernames, passwords, or payment information. Shortly after this, all data will be securely deleted from our servers. The dark web monitoring feature will also be discontinued.

Yadda yadda ...
