Template functionality in Dropbox sign
Now that Dropboxsign is fully integrated with Dropbox, I've noticed that I don't always have the option to add a template when I'm using a template. I see the screen and then it disappears and drops me right to where we send the document. Has anyone else had this issue? Curious if it's a glitch in coding or perhaps just my browser, but I didn't have the issue before when Dropbox sign was separate.

Have you checked to make sure the issue doesn’t persist on a different browser on your computer?
If not, please try to open Dropbox Sign on a different browser a couple of times, and let me know if you see any difference at all.
